Directions
To prepare the houh dough ;Mix flour, water and salt with a wooden spoon.
To prepare houh :

Spread butter on a baking tray.

Add the first thin layer of the dough and brush some butter over it.

Add another layer of the dough and add the filling.

Add another layer of the dough and spread on some butter.

Bake in the oven at 250°C. First place the tray on the bottom rack of the oven and then on the top. Check periodically and remove when it turns golden brown.

Once done and cooled, top with crushed walnuts as a garnish. Add some boiled goats milk for a little extra panache (optional).
